MAXIMIZING BUSINESS VALUE PROCESS™
Our strategy is to equip the private business owner with the knowledge of how to create value in their business and maximize their personal net worth.

We provide a dynamic, (not a onetime static value) ‘conceptual framework’ that measures the monthly financial performance of the business towards creation of the defined ‘market value’.

The GOALS that will result in the highest value a business will attract as defined by the owner;

The VALUE DRIVERS that measure financial performance and value progress;

The STRATEGIES that must be implemented in order to achieve the desired value result.

  • The ‘net worth’ of most business owners is comprised of four major asset classifications of investments. Their business is one asset class investment. The values of the other three asset classes, retirement plans, real estate, securities & commodities, and alternate investments are established and defined by active markets. Their small-midsized business has no such active market.

BUSINESS SYSTEMIZATION PROCESS™
The most successful companies establish systems and processes to standardize their work, to enhance productivity, and to ensure consistency in all they do.

Documenting systems and processes will help not only in training new employees, but also in gaining efficiency, improving consistency, and being prepared if you lose someone who knows how everything works.

If your business is repeatable and systematized it is easier to predict results, and is therefore more valuable to a potential buyer.

  • Step 1 – Develop a Timeline
    The first step is to develop a timeline within which you would like to complete a framework for documenting your business processes

  • Step 2 - Document Every Process
    Each process will get its own sheet of paper with which to dig deeper. When you get to the task level, you should pass the process on to the person who actually does that task, if possible.

  • Step 3 - Schedule a Regular Review
    Create a process for regular systems reviews and implementing changes to individual processes. Documentation must be frequently updated to continue to be a relevant resource for you and your employees.
